Infinity Communications may be your last resort when the network is broken. We like to say the network at this stage is as good as dead. We can help resolve these single problems that are crippling your network today, ensuring your network is back on its feet as soon as possible. The goal of this service is to ensure minimal down time to your network and minimize any subsequent business impact.

Part of the troubleshooting services we provide involve helping identify and resolve immediate problems. We then look at ways if applicable to a particular fault to ensuring a repeat similar problem does not affect your Internetwork again. In some cases this may involve recommendations which stem from an Audit we have conducted. All this of course takes place after the network has been fully restored and service is back to normal. At this stage we work on identifying weaknesses and look for improved alternative ways of achieving your network requirements and goals.

We are also able to provide Network support services on a long-term basis starting from 1 month and reviewed monthly. These services are designed to supplement your existing team for any number of reasons. Reasons for the increased support requirements could be that staff levels have dropped due to departures. Another reason could be that there are an increased number of faults as a result of a core persistent network problem. Sometimes the increased requirement for support comes from a newly developed and deployed product. We have found based on previous experience that the biggest single increase in support requirements is due to new products. These products or services are still in their infancy and therefore still developing. As these products and services mature support requests and the number of faults taper off.
